TKP ON HIATUS

Dear subscribers of The Kaiju Papers:

It's me, Genevieve! If we don't actually know each other, hello—I'm the creator of The Kaiju Papers (and the mustachio'd face behind Dr. Tex. that rascal!).

I'm writing with some news! TKP is officially on hiatus. NOTE: Paid subscribers have all received emails and refunds for this month's postcards that won't get sent :)

Oh my GOODNESS I am so grateful to you all for coming along with me on this wacky journey. I started The Kaiju Papers when I had a bunch of extra time on my hands, and I've really loved exploring kaiju + anti-fascism + wearing a mustache. 

The thing is, the reason I had a bunch of time on my hands is because I was in the middle of rebuilding my business after choosing a new direction—I was rebuilding my client pipeline and had a bunch of energy I needed to get out. I needed to sprint around while I kept a marathon pace over on the biz side of things.

Now my plate is full and I just cannot keep up with TKP. This is good news! And it means most of TKP will be on hiatus until who-knows-when or until someone wants to seriously fund the project (I don't even know if that's a real possibility!) I say "most" of TKP will be on hiatus because Doctor Professor Haysay is still at work cooking up the next edition of the Lit Mag—if you've submitted a piece, worry not! The Lit Mag is coming.

So - this is a farewell for now. I'll reach back out if/when things start back up.
